Return & Refund Policy
At Dazzle Trinkets, customer satisfaction is important to us. Since we deal with imitation and fashion jewelry, our return and refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent. Please read carefully before placing your order.
1. Returns & Exchanges
Returns or exchanges are accepted only in case of defective or damaged products.

Customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of the damaged item. And must be returned within 48 hours of delivery. Parcel Opening video is compulsory to initiate any claim, without video we do not entertain any complaints.

Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement or issue refund as applicable.

Returns due to personal preferences (such as dislike of color, size, or design) are not accepted.
2. Return Process
Returns are only accepted for damaged items or incorrect items.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team through whatsapp.

In case of return, the product replacement will be initiated and shipped within 2-7 business days after returned product received to us.
3. Refunds
We offer refunds only incase we are not able to process your order.

Approved refunds will be processed within [5–7 business days] to the original mode of payment, after receiving the product to us.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we will provide a replacement. Parcel opening video is madatory.

Under very rare circumstances, the earring stems may be bent and beads or stones may have fallen during transit. Such things can be easily fixed with glue and it will not be exchanged or refunded.
5. Cancellations
For all returns, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs.We do not offer cancellation, once the order is confirmed we will not entertain cancellation or refund.

7. Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for returning the item safely in the same packaging with all the cushions and protective materials. Kindly make sure you are aware of the product details before you place an order. Once the product is received by you in good condition, return or exchange because of your personal liking towards the product or non-suitability of the product on yourself will not be entertained.
