3. How long does delivery take?

We usually dispatch your order within 2 – 3 business days. And normally it will deliver within 5 – 7 business days. Delivery times may vary based on your location.

4. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept UPI payments through secure payment gateways.

5. Can I return or exchange my order?

Returns/exchanges are accepted only in case of damaged or defective products, reported within 24 hours of delivery. Parcel opening video is compulsory to claim the same.

6. Can I cancel my order?

We do not entertain the cancellation of the product. After confirming the order cancellation or refund is not possible.

Note: Fading or tarnishing over time is normal for imitation jewelry and not considered a defect.
